We are looking for a talented individual with a strong creative flair, a passion for design alongside the ability to interpret clients’ needs and create impressive designs with high visual impact.
The role is suited to a creative that loves all aspects of design, can work across multiple projects at any one time, from concept to completion.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of agency experience, and demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio. We have a growing need for motion graphics and video work so experience in this would be advantageous.
You will need to be able to work quickly and effectively, either as part of a team or on your own initiative, with attention to detail whilst maintaining the highest standards.
Working with clients nationwide, spanning all sectors, allows our work to be varied and provides an opportunity to flex creativity and push abilities. Our work covers all creative media, with an emphasis on printed material, motion graphics and online.

Candidate requirements
- A portfolio of work demonstrating your range of creative abilities
- Minimum 3 years professional design agency experience
- Superb creative skills and a passion for design and innovation
- Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge/experience of motion and web would be advantageous (After Effects)
- Be competent to take projects from brief through to completion
- Communicate clearly with the team and clients
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
